YANGON, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) — Seven people were injured after a car slammed into a group of people waiting for a bus in Myanmar’s Yangon, an official from a rescue organization told Xinhua on Tuesday.
The accident occurred at around 7 a.m. local time (0030 GMT) at a bus stop in Ahlone township of Yangon, he said, adding that two of the seven injured were in serious condition.
An investigation is underway. ■
